VisaSwift is an independent appointment-booking agency. We are not affiliated with any embassy, consulate, or official visa application centre. We charge a service fee to search for and book an appointment on your behalf.
Our listed price is a service fee only. The consulate/visa-centre visa fee is paid separately by you, directly to the authorities. All fees are in GBP and charged at checkout.
We use reasonable efforts to secure the earliest available appointment within your stated travel window. We do not guarantee a specific date, nor visa approval — that decision rests solely with the issuing authority. Appointment availability depends on the destination centre.
If we cannot secure an appointment within the agreed window, we will keep searching or refund our service fee at your choice. Once an appointment is successfully booked and confirmed to you, the service fee is non-refundable.
You must provide accurate information and a valid passport, and attend the appointment at the specified date, time and centre. We are not liable for missed appointments caused by incorrect information you provide.
Our total liability is limited to the service fee you paid. We are not liable for visa refusals, travel losses, or third-party actions.
