VisaSwift ("we", "us") is an independent appointment-booking agency for UK residents. We are not affiliated with any embassy, consulate, or official visa application centre.
To book a France visa appointment on your behalf we collect: full name, phone/WhatsApp, nationality, passport number, destination country, and your preferred travel window. Where you ask us to log in and book the appointment for you, we also collect your login email and password. We only ask for what is necessary to secure an appointment.
We process your data on the basis of contract (to provide the service you requested) and legitimate interest (to operate our business). Sensitive identity data is processed only as needed to perform the booking contract.
We share the minimum details required with the appointment centre and our payment processor. We do not sell your data. We may share data with our fulfilment partners who book the appointment on our behalf, under confidentiality obligations.
We keep booking records for up to 3 months after your trip, then delete or anonymise them.
